Nickira Anderson, founder and creator of Celestial Beauty Co., LLC is a native of Greenville, South Carolina who’s passion and talent was born at birth.

As a child, Nickira watched her mother, grandmother, and aunts service their clients as cosmetologist. Growing up in a hair salon attached to her grandparent’s home, she experienced daily the power of helping women feel beautiful about themselves. That foundation influenced her to take interest in hair and skincare.

As she grew older, she started to dabble in makeup while modeling as a teenage and being a contestant in Miss South Carolina USA 2010. She discovered that she had natural talent for artistry and fell completely in love with the art of makeup.

Nickira is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University and received her Bachelors of Science degree in Multimedia Journalism. While studying in college and working at Sephora and MAC Cosmetics as a freelance artist, she started her first beauty business as a wedding makeup artist.

After college, she moved on to working in sales marketing for Urban Decay Cosmetics, where she would travel the country to train staff at retail stores and produce events for the brand.

In 2016, Nickira’s education in digital media and experience in marketing presented her with the opportunity to work in fashion merchandising in New York City. By day she would work her 9-5 in marketing, by night and on the weekends, she worked as a manager in a spa where she really expanded her knowledge of skincare. As much as she loved the hustle, she still felt unfulfilled and conflicted in the work that she was doing.

After struggling for years between two career paths and running away from her true calling, Nickira decided to leave her life in NYC behind to enroll into cosmetology school and become a licensed esthetician where she could finally marry her passion for skin and makeup into one business.

Nickira is now the owner and creator of Celestial Beauty Co. LLC, serving clients in Greenville, South Carolina and surrounding areas. She specializes in detailed brow waxing, tinting, lamination and makeup that highlights your natural skin tone. All of her knowledge, leadership experience and education has guided her to be an expert in not only makeup and skincare, but customer service. She prides herself on providing her clients with the best experience and professionalism.
